Diplomová práce je zaměřena na podstatu principu partnerství soukromého a veřejného sektoru. Práce dané téma dále rozšiřuje o přínos reformy veřejné správy pro rozvoj spolupráce mezi veřejným a soukromým sektorem a o téma New Public Managementu jako moderní alternativu řízení veřejné správy. The graduation thesis is focused on Public Private Partnership principle.
