Stanovení hodnoty společnosti Domes Bylany s.r.o.

Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty společnosti Domes Bylany s.r.o. k 1. lednu 2016. V rámci práce byla provedena strategická analýza trhu s hnědým uhlím v ČR. Prostřednictvím finanční analýzy byla posouzena finanční stabilita a výkonnost podniku, které potvrdily princip going concern, na jehož základě bylo rozhodnuto využít pro ocenění podniku metodu DCF Entity.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Domes Bylany s.r.o. to date of 1st January 2016. The first part of the valuation process is focused on the strategic analysis of brown coal market in Czech Republic.
