Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat význam osobnostní typologie při volbě povolání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení souvisejících pojmů, shrnutí poznatků týkajících se osobnostní typologie a seznámení s vybranými teoriemi zabývajícími se osobnostní typologií. My dissertation is focused on analysing the importance of personality typology during the choice of career. The theoretical part is aimed at the clarification of related key concepts, summary of knowledge concerning the personality typology and explanation of chosen theories dealing with personality typology.
