Options of Labour Office Retraining Courses to Resoloving the Problem of Unemployment in Chrudim Region

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o nezaměstnanosti a významu Úřadu práce České republiky při řešení nezaměstnanosti pomocí rekvalifikací, důležitého nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Pozornost bude věnována rekvalifikacím zabezpečeným Úřadem práce České republiky a zvoleným rekvalifikacím, které byly realizovány v okrese Chrudim v letech 2014-2016. Výzkumná část bude zahrnovat praktické zkušenosti pracovníků Úřadu práce v Chrudimi v oblasti rekvalifikací, analýzu trhu práce v České republice a na Chrudimsku za dané období a konkrétní rekvalifikace na Chrudimsku. Záměrem práce je analýza portfolia nabízených rekvalifikačních kurzů Úřadu práce v Chrudimi. Posouzení, zda nabízené rekvalifikační kurzy Úřadu práce v Chrudimi odpovídají požadavkům trhu práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with unemployment and the importance of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic in solving the unemployment problem through retraining, as an important instrument of the active employment policy. The attention will be focused on retraining courses financed and organised by the Labour Office of the Czech Republic and retraining courses chosen by clients of the Labour Office, which were implemented in Chrudim region from 2014 to 2016. The research part includes practical experience of employees working at the Labour Office in Chrudim specialised in retraining, the analysis of the labour market in the Czech Republic and in Chrudim region during the period and concrete retraining courses in Chrudim region. The aim is the analysis of portfolio of offered retraining courses of the Labour Office in Chrudim. Assessment, whether retraining courses of the Labour Office in Chrudim correspond to requirements of the labour market.
