Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika vnitropodnikových směrnic v oblasti účetnictví. Teoretická část obsahuje výčet základní právní legislativy. Poté následuje obecná charakteristika směrnic, jejich význam, funkce a struktura. V praktické části se nachází úvodní ustanovení ke směrnicím a návrhy vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic.
Abstract:
The thesis describes the topic of internal guidelines for accounting. The theoretical part includes list of basic legislation and describes need of creation internal guidelines. Next the thesis describes basic guidelines characterization, its meaning, role and structure.
