Benefits and difficulties of chosen teaching methods developing students´communicative skills

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá přínosy a úskalím vybraných metod výuky rozvíjejících komunikační dovednosti žáků. Úvodní kapitoly se zaměřují na metody výuky, hlouběji se text zabývá problémem vybraných aktivizačních metody výuky, např. diskuzních, heuristických, situačních, inscenačních a didaktických hry. V dalších kapitolách se text zaměřuje na problém mezilidské komunikace, specificky na komunikaci sociální a pedagogickou, typy komunikace, pravidla pedagogické komunikace a její podoby. Následně je diskutován v textu pojmem tvořivost a tvořivé vyučování ve vztahu k rozvoji komunikace ve výuce. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá přínosy a úskalími vybraných metod výuky. Empirická část je rozdělena do dvou fází výzkumných šetření. Dotazníková kvantitativně orientovaná šetření se zabývají metodami výuky a jejich využitím ve vyučovacím předmětu Český jazyk a literatura. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké přínosy a úskalí se objevují při užití vybraných metod výuky rozvíjejících komunikační dovednosti žáků 2. stupně základních škol.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with benefits and difficulties of chosen teaching methods developing communicating skills of students. Opening chapters are focusing on the teaching methods, text is especially focused on a problem of chosen activating teaching methods, for example discussing, heuristic, situational, staging and didactic games. In the following chapters the text focuses on interpersonal communication problems, more specifically on a social communication and pedagogical types of communication, rules of pedagogical communication and its forms. Sequentially the term creativity is discussed in the text together with creative teaching in a relation to development of communication in a lesson. Then the next chapter deals with researches which deal with teaching and education. The last chapter deals with benefits and difficulties of chosen methods of teaching. Empirical part of the thesis is divided in two phases of research inquires. Inquiry in a form of quantitative questionaire deals with teaching methods and their usage in Czech language subject. The aim of this research was to find out which benefits and difficulties occur while using chosen teaching methods developing communicative skills of elementary school second grade students.
