Our bachelor´s thesis deals with the mortgages in terms of the Slovak republic. Its aim is to show the availability of the mortgage according to the offered analysis of the mortgage financing and availability of the mortgage analysis in a concrete bank. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá hypotekárnym úverom v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Cieľom je poukázať na dostupnosť hypotekárneho úveru v SR na základe analýzy vývoja trhu hypotekárneho financovania a dostupnosti úveru v konkrétnej banke. Práca sa skladá z troch kapitol.
