Two Close Poethics, Two Close Aesthetics: the Harlem Renaissance and the Negritude
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the similarity of the poetry of two movements of the 20th century, namely Harlem Renaissance and Negritude. The first part introduces the characteristics of both movements. The second part focuses on analyzing and comparing poems in order to reveal the similarity of these movements.Abstract:
Tato bakalářksá diplomová práce se zabývá podobností poezie dvou hnutí 20. století, a to Harlemskou renesancí a Negritudou. V první části se seznámíme s charakteristikou obou hnutí. V části druhé se soustředíme na analýzu a srovnání básní za účelem odhalení podobnosti těchto hnutí.
