Development of fine motor skills in children with hemiparetic form of cerebral palsy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Rozvoj jemné motoriky u dětí s hemiparetickou formou DMO" je rozdělena do částí: úvod, přehled teoretických poznatků, cíle a úkoly práce, hlavní část, diskuze a závěr. V teoretické části je popsána problematika dětské mozkové obrny se zaměřením na hemiparetickou formu, její přidružené poruchy a léčbu. Práce se dále věnuje jemné motorice a ergoterapeutické intervenci u dětí s hemiparetickou formou DMO. Hlavní část práce obsahuje kazuistiku klienta s touto formou DMO zahrnující anamnézu, vstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý ergoterapeutický cíl a plán a jeho následnou realizaci. Na základě výsledků výstupního vyšetření je stanoven dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán a cíl. Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit laickou i odbornou veřejnost s problematikou hemiparetické formy DMO a možnostmi ergoterapie při rozvoji jemné motoriky.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis titled "Development of Fine Motor Skills in Children with Hemiparetic Form of Cerebral Palsy" consists of parts: introduction, overview of theoretical knowledge, scheme and aims, main body, discussion and conclusion. Theoretical part is devoted to the description of cerebral palsy with the focus on hemiparetic form of it as well as affiliated disorders and its treatment. Thesis further addresses the malfunction of fine motor skills in children with hemiparetic CP and techniques of occupational therapy to ameliorate the child's quality of life. The main body encompasses casuistry of the patient with this form of CP including anamnesis, initial examination, short term goal and plan and its final implementation. Based on the results the long term goal and plan was set based on the results we accomplished due to the therapy. The aim of bachelor thesis is to acquaint the general and professional public with the issue of hemiparetic form of CP and the possibilities of occupational therapy in the development of fine motor skills.
