Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vlivu ultrafialového záření na polymerní elektroizolační materiály používané v kabelovém průmyslu pro oplášťování kabelů. V teoretické části práce se autor zabývá mechanismem degradace polymerů, hlavně polyolefinů. Podrobněji je popsán proces fotooxidace polyethylenu. Abstract:
The master thesis presents the principles and analysis of degradation (ageing) of polymer cable insulation and cable sheathing exposed to ultraviolet light. The first part of the work is focused on the mechanism of polymer degradation, especially polyolefins. There is described photo oxidation process of polyethylene, in more detail.
