Disertační práce se věnuje lidskému činiteli a jeho vlivu na rozvoj regionu. Zkoumá produkční a spotřební roli lidského činitele, problematiku lidského kapitálu, demografickou strukturu a dynamiku obyvatelstva i současný trend demografického stárnutí. The thesis deals to human factor and its influence on development of region.
