Hlavnou témou našej práce je skúšobná doba a jej využitie v praxi. V práci sa zaoberáme problematikou skúšobnej doby ako nástroja pre riadenie ľudských zdrojov a taktiež na to, ako vnímajú možnosť využitia skúšobnej doby zamestnanci a zamestnávatelia pri svojom rozhodovaní.
