Financial management of contributory organizations in the field of education

Abstract:

První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska v oblasti správy a financování vzdělávacích služeb v České republice. Druhá část práce se zabývá službami základního vzdělávání v obci Velký Újezd a v obci Velká Bystřice. Následně je proveden popis jednotlivých základních škol a jejich finanční analýza. Ve třetí části je zpracováno zhodnocení výsledků hospodaření obou základních škol a jejich následná komparace. Cílem práce je zhodnocení hospodaření základních škol, které jsou zřízeny obcí jako příspěvkové organizace, a poté navrhnutí možností, které vedou ke zvyšování efektivnosti jejich hospodaření.

Abstract:

The first part of this bachelor thesis devotes to concepts administration and financing education services in the Czech Republic. The second part deals with services of basic education in the village of Velký Újezd and in the village of Velká Bystřice. Description of individual elementary schools and their financial analysis follows. In the third part there is a review of results of both primary schools and their subsequent comparison. The main objective of this thesis is evaluation of the management of primary schools, which are established as a contributory organization and then suggestion of the options that lead to increase the efficiency of their management.
