This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of possible impacts of the EU directive, which concerns the acquisition and possession of weapons and defense equipment. In the theoretical part, I focused on the overall assessment of safety in some EU countries and gave the reasons that triggered the process of accelerating the approval and implementation of the restrictive directive.
