Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá a vymezuje syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků v oblasti vzdělání ve Středočeském kraji. V první části práce, teoretické, je kladen důraz na klíčové pojmy jako učitel, vzdělávání a syndrom vyhoření, jeho historie a v souvislosti jak s pracovníky v oblasti vzdělání tak i ve spojitosti s osobním životem. This bachelor thesis deals with and examines burnout syndrome among education workers in the Central Bohemia region. In the first part, theoretical, the emphasis is placed on key concepts as teacher, education and burnout syndrome.
