Barriers to inclusive education of pupils with physical disabilities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku inkluzivního vzdělávání žáků s tělesným postižením a bariéry ve vzdělávání s tím spojené. V této práci jsou pomocí dotazníkovému šetření, analyzovány bariéry inkluzivního vzdělávání. Následnou analýzou dotazníkového šetření jsou navržena řešení zjištěných bariér tak, aby na základě navržených řešení pro prolomení případných bariér mezi učitelem, žákem a spolužáky, bylo vzdělávání tělesně postižených co možná nejefektivnější. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlení pojmů spojených se vzděláváním, především pojmům edukace žáků s tělesným postižením, inkluze, inkluzivní vzdělávání a speciální pedagogika. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, jehož cílem je získat co možná nejvíce postojů v rámci vzdělávání od žáků s tělesným postižením, jejich spolužáků a pedagogů. V závěru bakalářské práce budou získané poznatky z výzkumu vyhodnoceny a na základě hodnocení navrženy další možné postupy pro zlepšení a zkvalitnění výuky žáků s tělesným postižením.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of inclusive education of children with physical disabilities and barriers connected to this. Barriers are evaluated by using a questionary survey. Subsequent analysis of the survey suggests solutions to the identified barriers so that the education of the disabled is as effective as possible in order to break down possible barriers between the teacher and pupils, pupils and classmates. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to explanations of terms related to education, especially the concepts of education for children with disabilities, inclusion, inclusive education and special education. The practical part is based on a questionary survey, which aims to obtain as many opinions on education of the physically disabled as possible from pupils with disabilities, their classmates and teachers. At the end of the thesis, the knowledge gained from the research will be evaluated and, based on the evaluation, other possible procedures for improving and enhancing the teaching of pupils with physical disabilities will be proposed.
