Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou skončení služebního poměru ve státní službě v režimu zákona č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě. Práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit stávající situaci týkající se služebního poměru, zejména v režimu zákona o státní službě a kriticky rozebrat jednotlivé možnosti skončení služebního poměru. This master thesis deals with the issue of termination of service in the civil service in the regime of the legal act no. 234/2014 coll., on civil service. The thesis aims to evaluate the current situation regarding employment, especially in the regime of the Civil Service Act and to critically analyze the various options for termination of employment.
