Abstract:
Bakalářská práce řeší téma politiky odměňování v podniku a aplikaci zaměstnaneckých výhod. Cílem práce je specifikovat základní pojmy týkající se odměňování a zaměstnaneckých výhod, analyzovat stávající mzdovou politiku v konkrétní firmě a navrhnout případná opatření k dosažení větší efektivity.Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. This Bachelor thesis addresses the topic of remuneration policies in the enterprise application and employee benefits.
