Gender and Femine Aspects in the Writings of Karel Václav Rais
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá prvky genderu a feminity v tvorbě Karla Václava Raise. Věnuje se K. V. Raisovi, jeho postavení v literární generaci a vlastní tvorbě. Následně se zabývá pozicí muže a ženy v 19. století a počátku 20. století. Tyto dvě roviny jsou propojeny v hlavní části, která je samotnou analýzou vybraných děl K. V. Raise z pohledu genderu a feminity.
Abstract:
This work deals with gender a feminity elements in works by Karel Václav Rais. The first part focuses on K. V. Rais himself, his status in the literary generation, and his own production. Second part is focused on defining the terms gender and feminity followed by the position of man and woman in 19th century and early 20th century.
