Tato diplomová práce se věnuje homolognímu modelování, in silico testování a návrhu inhibitorů lidského intelektinu-1, jež hraje významnou roli v akutním astmatu Th2 typu. Intelektin-1 se dle nedávných studií jeví jako velice slibný terapeutický cíl, jelikož se s velkou pravděpodobností podílí na expresi cytokinů MCP-1 a MCP-3, které vedou k astmatickému záchvatu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on homology modeling, in silico testing and design of inhibitors of the human intelectin-1, which plays a significant role in Th2 type acute asthma. According to recent studies intelectin-1 seems like a very promising therapeutic target, since it is most likely involved in cytokine expression of MCP-1 and MCP-3 which lead to an asthmatick attack.
