Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analýza a využitie nových trendov v hoteloch a reštauráciách. Na základe odbornej literatúry budú v teórii objasnené pojmy ako gastronómia, služby hotelu, význam novej gastronomickej terminológie a aktuálne trendy v gastronómii.
