Financing of investment intentions of XY company by bank's loans

Anotace:

The primary propose of this bachelor thesis is analyzing financial situation of the company Dermacol a.s. which will be examined by detailed review of the financial statements.This study will be divided in two basic parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is specifically concentrate into financial analysis background, including ratio analysis and absolute value analysis. It will also deals with credibility and bankruptcy models. Practical part is focused on the introduction of the company and their characteristics, processing of financial analysis which shows the financial health of the company. Afterwards, based on the evaluation and analysis of obtained information, comparison with competitor in the examined industry, decisions will be made. To draw the conclusion, on the basis of the results of this research, I will estimate all possible ways and appropriate banking products for company’s development and for company’s investments.
