Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám tvorbou metodiky práce s dobrovolníky v projektu Doučování v Muzeu romské kultury. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a empirickou, která zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření a tvorbu metodiky. My diploma thesis deals with creation of a methodology of work with volunteers in the Tutoring programme in the Museum of Romani Culture. The thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical one and an empirical one; the latter includes qualitative research and creation of the methodology.
