Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá dynamickými grafy a jejich zobrazováním. Za dynamický graf se považuje takový graf, který se mění v čase, což znamená, že vrcholy a hrany postupně přibývají nebo ubývají. Práce shrnuje současné přístupy a dostupné implementace. Abstract:
The main focus of this thesis is the visualization of dynamic graphs. A dynamic graph is a graph that evolves over time, meaning that nodes and edges are being added or removed. The thesis summarizes current algorithms and available implementations. The outcome of the thesis is a simple C++ library that calculates an animation of a given dynamic graph.
