Anotace:

The theoretical part of the Diploma Thesis is a necessary background knowledge that is required in order to understand the principles of Foreign Direct Investment as well as its effect as a tool for Foreign Market Penetration. With the advent of liberalization and globalization, Foreign Direct Investment has an important role in the economic development of the less developed country because it can contribute significantly. The Foreign Direct Investment contributes not only to the growth and development of the company, but also for the growth on the actual market, leading to market liberalization and improving the market’s competitive advantage. The internalization process from Foreign Direct Investments represents one of the most popular ways for penetrating the foreign market, which is used by many organizations that are additionally improving the market in a particular sector. Therefore, the real estate market is among the most popular markets that is tied closely to improving the national economy in the Republic of Macedonia. The Diploma Thesis will implement its researched analysis to reveal the mechanisms and parameters on Foreign Direct Investments as an effective tool for foreign market penetration in the real estate sector not only in Europe, but on a global level as well.
