Status of the Gifted Pupil in Small-Class Schools of the South Moravian Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce, jejíž název zní Postavení nadaného žáka v malotřídních školách Jihomoravského kraje, je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretickou, ve které jsou popsány teorie nadání, modely nadání, specifika nadaného žáka, ale i základní školy malotřídního typu a v neposlední řadě klima třídy a klima školy. Popisuje také různé typy organizací, které se zabývají podporou nadaných dětí a samotnou identifikaci nadaných žáků na základních školách. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu s cílem podat ucelený obraz nadaného žáka v malotřídní škole na podkladě dotazníkového šetření ve vybraných školách Jihomoravského kraje.

Abstract:

This bachelor work, the title of which is Status of the Gifted Pupil in Small-Class Schools of the South Moravian Region is divided into two parts. The theoretical part, in which the theories of giftedness, models of giftedness, the specifics of the gifted children, as well as the small school with composite classes and, last but not least, the classroom and school climate are described. It also describes the different types of organizations involved in supporting gifted children and the actual identification of gifted students in elementary schools. The practical part is devoted to research with the aim of presenting a comprehensive picture of the gifted children in a small school with composite classes on the basis of a questionnaire survey in selected schools in the South Moravian Region.
