Abstract:
Diplomová práce v teoretické části řeší problematiku včelího medu, zejména po stránce jeho jakostních parametrů. Kromě základních poznatků o medu a dalších včelích produktech se zabývá chemickým složením medu, jakostí a jeho dietetickým významem. The thesis solves in the theorotecial part the questions about bee honey, especially regard-ing to its qualitative parameters. Except the basic knowledge about honey and other bee products, it deals with the chemical constitution of honey, quality and with its dietetic meaning.
