Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice transplantací jater a je členěna na kapitoly zaměřené na morfologii, rozdělení, funkce a vývoj jater. Dále na základní informace o transplantacích, indikace, podmínky a průběh samotné transplantace jater a na imunosupresivní léčbu. V závěru jsou rozebrány komplikace, kvalita života po transplantaci jater a statistiky transplantací v České republice.
Abstract:
Graduation theses treats about problems of liver transplantation. It is classified into chapters, there is treatise on morphology, parting, function and development of liver, basic information about transplantation, indication, conditions, process of liver transplantation and immunosuppression medicines.
