Innovation policy in Israel

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce s názvem Izraelská inovační politika se zabývá primárně analýzou inovační politiky v Izraeli s důrazem na aktuální vývoj: rozvoj umělé inteligence, mezinárodní spolupráce a v neposlední řadě úzká kooperace s Českou republikou. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a popsat inovační politiku v Izraeli se zřetelem na start-upy a mimo jiné zdravotnický průmysl, v němž autor této práce dlouhodobě pracuje. V několika aspektech se tato diplomová práce zabývala fenoménem samotného start-upu a jeho vlivem na rozvoj mezinárodního obchodu a služeb. Výzkumnou otázkou této práce bylo posouzení vztahu mezi Českou republikou a Státem Izrael v oblasti inovační politiky, neboť se jedná o proces, který přispívá ke vzájemné výměně know-how mezi zeměmi.

Abstract:

This thesis, entitled Israeli Innovation Policy, is primarily concerned with the analysis of innovation policy in Israel, with an emphasis on current developments: the development of artificial intelligence, international cooperation and, last but not least, close cooperation with the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to identify and describe innovation policies in Israel with an emphasis on start-ups and, among others, the healthcare industry, in which the author of this thesis has been working for a long time. In several aspects, this thesis dealt with the phenomenon of the start-up itself and its impact on the development of international trade and services. The research question of this thesis was to assess the relationship between the Czech Republic and the State of Israel in the field of innovation policy, as it is a process that contributes to the mutual exchange of know-how between countries.
