Difficulties of Education for Adults at Secondary Technical Schools

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou celoţivotního vzdělávání a jejím cílem je seznámit se s oblastí celoţivotního vzdělávání. První část práce je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů z oblasti vzdělávání dospělých, náhledu na celoţivotní vzdělávání, jeho historii a nastínění současného stavu celoţivotního vzdělávání v České republice. V druhé části práce je za pomoci dotazníkového šetření zjišťován zájem dospělých o jejich další vzdělávání, jejich motivaci ke vzdělávání a přijatelné formy vzdělávání. Závěrečná část obsahuje shrnutí práce a doporučení.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis Difficulties of Education for Adults at Secondary Technical Schools deals with the problematics of lifelong learning and its aim is to get to know the area of lifelong leasing. The first part is aimed at describing the basic concepts of adult education, lifelong learning at the preview, its history and outlines of the current state of lifelong learning in the Czech Republic. In the second part there is used a questionnaire survey for adults about their interest in further education, motivation for further education and acceptable forms of further education. The final section provides a summary of the work and recommendations.
