Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na nábor zaměstnanců s využitím sítě LinkedIn. První kapitola teoretické části práce zahrnuje stěžejní pojmy související s problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů, popisuje hlavní činnosti personálního útvaru, přičemž se autorka zaměřuje především na získávání nových zaměstnanců. Obsahem druhé kapitoly je charakteristika sociálních sítí se zaměřením na sociální síť LinkedIn. Empirická část této práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části autorka představuje pohled běžných uživatelů internetu na sociální síť LinkedIn. Průzkumné šetření, které je nedílnou součástí přípravy této bakalářské práce má kvantitativní design. Druhá část průzkumu odhaluje pohled personalistů na uvedenou sociální síť v oblasti náboru nových zaměstnanců. Prostřednictvím strukturovaných rozhovorů je proveden kvalitativní průzkum s personalisty. Cílem této práce je odhalit silné a slabé stránky této sítě, dále zjistit, které subjekty tuto síť využívají a za jakým účelem. Záměrem bakalářské práce je rovněž zjistit, zda se v průběhu využívání výše jmenované sítě nenašlo skryté využití či smysl.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focusing on recruitment through social network LinkedIn. The first chapter of the theoretical part includes the key concepts related to the issue of human resources management, describes the main activities of the personnel department, while the author focuses primarily on recruiting new employees. The content of the second chapter is the characteristics of social networks with a focus on the social network LinkedIn. The empirical part of this work is divided into two parts. The first part presents the view of common internet users on the social network LinkedIn. The exploratory survey, which is an integral part of the preparation of this thesis, has a quantitative design. The second part of the survey describes the recruiters' view of this network in terms of recruitment. Structured interviews carry out a qualitative survey of recruiters. The aim of this work is the finding out strengths and weaknesses of LinkedIn and which subject and for which purposes are using this particular network. The meaning of this bachelor thesis is also the possibility to find out if there has been any hidden use or sense to LinkedIn since its existence.
