Transparency of Public Administration in the Czech Republic and Sweden
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje komparaci české a švédské právní úpravy transparentnosti veřejné správy, jakožto jednomu ze základních principů demokratického právního státu. Na základě provedené komparace autor v závěru navrhuje případné změny české právní úpravy.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with with comparison of Czech and Sweden legislation of public administration transparency as one of the basic principles of a democratic state. In conclusion the author suggest changes in czech legislation.
