Diplomová práca obsahuje vstupné informácie potrebné k ohodnocovaniu pozemkov, ako sú základné pojmy, právne predpisy, či oceňovacie štandardy. Ďalej pojednáva o trhu s nehnuteľnosťami a ekonomických vzťahoch týkajúcich sa oceňovania.
