Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací institutu výpovědních důvodů nájmu bytu v českém novém občanském zákoníku a německém občanském zákoníku. This thesis deals with the comparison of a notice of termination of a residential lease under the new Czech Civil Code and the German Civil Code.
