Tato práce řeší problematiku menšin, převážně těch národnostních v evropském měřítku. V práci jsem se zaměřil na porovnání jednotlivých právních úprav mezinárodních organizací vůči těmto menšinám. This paper addresses an issue of minorities, mainly ethnic minorities, in a European scale. In this work, I focused on the comparison of specific legal regulations of international organizations towards these minorities.
