Labor offices their meaning, and their powers of collektive redundancies and the loss of a worker during the economic crisis

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na práci Úřadů práce, jejich význam a úlohu při ztrátě zaměstnání. Jelikož zprostředkování práce prošlo historickým vývojem, prvá část seznamuje s jejím historickým vývojem až po současnost. V teoretické části se práce se zabývá samotnými Úřady práce, jejich strukturou a hlavní náplní jejich činnosti v oblasti řešení nezaměstnanosti. Další část pak seznamuje s formou a obsahem politiky zaměstnanosti, kterou Úřady práce vykonávají. Současně seznamuje s projety, které jsou realizovány ve spolupráci s Evropským sociálním fondem. V navazující praktické části je popsána práce Úřadu práce v Českých Budějovicích v roce 2010 a realizované regionální projekty v rámci okresu České Budějovice.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the work of employment offices, their importance and role of job loss. Since Jobs has undergone a historical development, the first part introduces the historical development until the present. The theoretical part deals with Labour Offices themselves, their structure and content of their main activities in the field of unemployment. Another part is familiar with the format and content of employment policy, which the authorities carried out the work. At the same time familiar with projects that are implemented in cooperation with the European Social Fund. In the following section describes the practical work of the Labour Office in the Czech Budejovice in 2010 and implemented regional projects within the district Czech Budejovice.
