The specification of sports training for long-distance swimming

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou specifik sportovního tréninku dálkového plavání. Cílem práce je přispět ke zlepšení informovanosti o dané problematice. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií plavání, charakteristikou sportovního a dálkového plavání. Je zde také popsána historie dálkového plavání u nás i ve světě. Dále je zde charakterizováno základní vybavení pro trénink plavce. Praktická část se věnuje specifikům sportovního trénink, dále jednotlivým metodám vytrvalostního tréninku. Jsou zde rovněž charakterizovány vybrané metody posilovaní a varianty specifického tréninku silové vytrvalosti. V závěru práce jsou vyslovena doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the topic of the open water swimming. The goal is to help increase the knowledge of this subject. The theoretical part is oriented at the theory of swimming and the characteristics of the sport swimming and the open water swimming. The history of the open water swimming in the Czech Republic and in the world is also described in the theoretical part. Further, the basic training equipment for swimmers is listed. The practical part is dedicated to the specifics of the training and the particular methods of the stamina training. There are also characterized the chosen work-out methods, with a focus on the endurance. The conclusion contains a summary of the practical recommendations
