The quality of the environment as a factor making property prices
Abstract:
Cílem práce bude na základě analýzy rozdílů cen nemovitostí a kvality životního prostředí, zhodnocení vlivu kvality životního prostředí na tvorbu ceny nemovitosti a to na případové studii vybraného kraje (okresu).
Abstract:
The object of this work will be analyze differences of properties prices and quality of environment and appreciation of environment´s quality inluence to make a property price in a case study in chosen area.
