Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých a poradenstvím jako jedním z možných způsobů řešení nezaměstnanosti. The thesis deals with the education of adults and counselling as being one of the possible ways of solving unemployment. The theoritical part, grounded in knowledge of professional literature, introduces the reader to negative influences of unemployment on people and society.
