Financing of Non-Profit Organizations

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Financování neziskových organizací s cílem zhodnotit financování příspěvkových organizací Olomouckého kraje a nestátních neziskových organizací působících věcně v oblasti sociálních služeb na území Olomouckého kraje. Práce byla zpracována metodami deskripce a kritické analýzy. Výsledkem zpracování této práce je zjištění skutečností, že příspěvkové organizace kraje jsou financovány z rozpočtu zřizovatele, tj. Olomouckého kraje. Nestátní neziskové organizace jsou prioritně dotovány ze státního rozpočtu, avšak podporovány jsou i krajem a dalšími územními samosprávnými celky. Taktéž bylo zjištěno, že ne všechny státní či nestátní organizace financované z veřejných rozpočtů transparentně zveřejňují informace o získaných dotačních prostředcích.

Abstract:

My thesis Financing of non-profit organizations aims to evaluate the financing of contributory organizations of the Olomouc Region, and non-governmental, non-profit organizations operating in the field of social services in the Olomouc region. The thesis has elaborated by a method of description and critical analysis. The result of this work is the conclusion that the contributory organizations of the region are funded from the budget of the founder, ie the Olomouc Region. Non-governmental non-profit organizations are primarily subsidies from the state budget, but they are supported by the region and other territorial, self-governing units. It was also found that not all publicly funded public or non-governmental organizations publicly disclose information about the subsidies received.
