Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma Dopady motivačních programů na chování pracovníků ve výrobních podnicích. Cíl diplomové práce je zaměřen na analýzu hmotných stimulačních nástrojů, které ovlivňují motivační jednání pracovníků při dosahování vyšších pracovních výsledků. Při zpracování jsou využity relevantní vědecké metody. Z daného záměru práce byli stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky a dvě hypotézy. První výzkumná otázka se zabývá informovaností motivačního programu ze strany zaměstnavatele, zda zvyšuje motivační profil zaměstnance. Druhá výzkumná otázka zjišťuje, jaké hmotné motivační odměny motivují k vyšším pracovním výsledkům. Třetí výzkumná otázka zjišťuje, zda zaměstnanci jsou spokojený s průměrnou čistou mzdou. První hypotéza hledá vztah mezi preferencí motivačního programu a rostoucím věkem. Druhá stanovená hypotéza zjišťuje, jestli zaměstnancovi zvyšující finanční odměnu se odrazí na vyšším pracovní výkon. U první hypotézy byl aplikován ANOVA test, který zamítnul vztah mezi proměnnými. U druhé hypotézy byla stanovena metoda korelační analýza, která potvrdila vztah mezi proměnnými, ale v opačném pořadí. Tyto dvě výzkumné metody přinesly naplnění skutkového záměru celé práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic Impacts of incentive programs on the behavior of workers in manufacturing enterprises. The goal of the diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of material stimulation tools that influence the motivational actions of workers in achieving higher work results. Relevant scientific methods are used during processing. Three research questions and two hypotheses were determined from the given work plan. The first research question deals with the employer's awareness of the motivational program, whether it increases the employee's motivational profile. The second research question investigates what material motivational rewards motivate higher work results. The third research question examines whether employees are satisfied with the average net salary. The first hypothesis looks for a relationship between incentive program preference and increasing age. The second established hypothesis examines whether increasing the employee's financial reward is reflected in higher work performance. For the first hypothesis, the ANOVA test was applied, which rejected the relationship between the variables. For the second hypothesis, the method of correlation analysis was established, which confirmed the relationship between the variables, but in the opposite order. These two research methods brought about the fulfillment of the objective of the entire work.
