Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití systému plánu a rozpočtů při tvorbě podnikatelského záměru turistického resortu. The Diploma thesis is focused on usage of a system of plans and budgets when creating a business plan of a touristic resort. The aim of the thesis is to create an establishing budget and master budget, to evaluate efficiency of the investment and to design processes of motivation and control of budgets.
