Abstract:
Diplomová práce se bude zabývat pohybovou aktivitou studentů středních škol. Teoretická část obsahuje ucelené informace z odborných literárních zdrojů o pohybové aktivitě, jejím dělení, pozitivním vlivu pohybové aktivity na organismus člověka, doporučenou pohybovou aktivitu a její intenzitu.
