Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení aktuální konkurenční strategie stávajícího ubytovacího zařízení a návrhů na její zlepšení, a to i v návaznosti na zprovoznění nového ubytovacího zařízení stejného typu ve stejné oblasti. Výsledky práce ukázaly, jak je možné podniku zajistit i nadále stabilní a vysokou pozici na trhu, dále jak zvýšit využití stávající ubytovací kapacity a trvale tak zvyšovat hodnotu podniku …more

The work is focused on the assessment of the current competitive strategy of the current accommodation facility and proposals for its improvement, also in connection with the launch of a new accommodation facility of the same type in the same area.
