The climate of school class at secondary vocational school

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit současné klima dvou školních tříd třetího ročníku na jedné střední odborné škole v Brně. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První částí je práce teoretická, kde jsou důležité pojmy doloženy definicemi z odborné literatury. Je vysvětlen pojem školní třída, klima školní třídy, typy klimatu a determinanty, které jej ovlivňují a možnost jeho měření. V druhé části práce je za použití standardizovaného dotazníku Klima školní třídy (Mareš a Ježek, 2012) provedeno průzkumné šetření. Práce je zakončena zhodnocením výsledků dotazování podle manuálu, který je uveden autory dotazníku.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to find and evaluate the climate of two third grade school classes at secondary vocational school in Brno. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical part and there are important concepts which are documented by definitions from the literature. I explained the concepts: classroom, classroom climate, types of climate and determinants. The determinants affect the school climate. I also present how it is possible to explore the classroom climate. The second part is about the exploratory survey. I used standardised questionaire „Classroom climate“ (Mareš a Ježek, 2012). The brachelor thesis ends with an assessment of an questionnaire based on a manual which is mentioned by the authors of the questionnaire.
