V této diplomové práci shrnuji základní principy zdravotních systémů některých vyspělých zemí a České republiky. Dále uvádím změny v českém zdravotnictví a hlavní východiska zdravotnické reformy s důrazem na zavedení regulačních poplatků. In this master thesis, I resume basic principles of health systems in some developed countries and also in the Czech Republic. Further, I describe changes in Czech health system and main bases of health reform with emphasis on incentive fees.
