The Position of Christian Minorities in the Countries of the Central Asia

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postavení křesťanských minorit v Kyrgyzstánu, Tádžikistánu a Afghánistánu. Cílem práce je analyzovat postavení křesťanských menšin ve třech rozdílných státech. V teoretické části je představen zkoumaný předmět výzkumu, vymezeny základní pojmy, definovány cíle, výzkumné otázky a metodologie, informační zdroje a proměnné. Další kapitola se zabývá historickým, politickým a náboženským vývojem jednotlivých zemí. Další kapitola navazuje na předchozí a věnuje se současnému postavení křesťanských minorit v jednotlivých zkoumaných státech a věnuje se mu v rovině politické, právní, edukační a ekonomické. Jsou zde zkoumány postoje zemí, ve kterých je dominantní část obyvatelstva tvořena muslimským obyvatelstvem. Závěr je věnován zhodnocení výsledků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the position of Christian minorities in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the position of Christian minorities in three different countries. The theoretical part presents the research, defines the basic concepts, objectives, research questions and methodologies, information sources and variables. The next chapter deals with the historical, political and religious development of these countries individually. The next chapter builds on the previous one and deals with the current position of the Christian minorities in each studied country and deals with it at the political, legal, educational and economic level. The attitudes of countries in which the dominant part of the population is made up of Muslims are examined here. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation of the results.
