Tato diplomová práce se zabývá meziskupinovým chováním a vnímáním mezi “my” a “oni”, respektive mezi členskou a nečlenskou skupinou. Teoretická část je věnována rozlišení meziskupinového a interindividuálního chování, vzniku sociálních kategorií, meziskupinovému sbližování a konfliktům mezi sociálními skupinami. This diploma thesis deals with intergroup behavior and perception between "us" and "them". The theoretical part refers about distinction between intergroup and interindividual behavior, the origin of social categories, intergroup convergence and conflicts between social groups.
