Abstract:

Název práce je "Účinnost preventivních programů v primární prevenci proti obezitě u dětí prvního stupně základních škol v Ústeckém kraji". Hlavním cílem této práce byla edukace a zhodnocení vědomostí žáků 3., 4. a 5. tříd základních škol o této problematice a následně vyhodnotit účinnost preventivního programu s ročním odstupem od jeho uskutečnění. Průzkum byl proveden pomocí kvantitativní metody formou dotazníkového šetření. Celkový počet respondentů byl 200 žáků z toho 105 dívek a 95 chlapců. Výsledná data byla vyhodnocována v programu MS Office Excel a následně byly vytvořeny číselné a procentuální grafy. Porovnání výsledků této práce s ostatními pracemi je v diskuzi na konci práce. Znalosti žáků jednotlivých tříd po proběhlém programu potvrdili efektivitu preventivního programu. Z výsledků vyplývá nutnost nadále prohlubovat znalosti žáků o prevenci a problematice obezity. Touto prací bych ráda přispěla ke zvýšení informovanosti žáků a jejich rodin a poukázat na vyšší potřebu vzdělávání v této oblasti na základních školách.

Abstract:

The title of the thesis is "The Effectiveness of Prevention programs in Primary prevention of Obesity in children of the first degree of Primary Schools in the Ústí Region". The main aim of this work was to educate and evaluate the knowledge of students of the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades of primary schools on this topic and subsequently to evaluate the effectiveness of the preventive program at a one-year delay from its implementation. The survey was conducted using a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire survey. The total number of respondents was 200 pupils, of which 105 girls and 95 boys. The resulting data was evaluated in MS Office Excel and then numerical and percentage charts were created. Comparing the results of this work with other works is in the discussion at the end of the thesis. The knowledge of the pupils in each class after the program has confirmed the effectiveness of the preventive program. The results show the need to continue to deepen pupils' knowledge of prevention and obesity issues. With this work, I would like to contribute to raising the awareness of pupils and their families and to highlight the higher need for education in this area at elementary schools.
