Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda a vlastně jaký je v České republice zájem o biopotraviny. V návaznosti na uvedené byl uskutečněn výzkum, jaké biopotraviny se těší oblibě, a které spotřebitelé poptávají nejvíce. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to find out whether there is any interest in organic food in the Czech Republic. Following this, there was conducted the research on which organic foods are popular and which consumers they demand the most.
